Steve Brodson 81c3759adf CodeGraph: index this working folder (includeIgnored nested repos) 
The nested factory/ and s1-setup/ repos are gitignored at the root, so a
plain `codegraph init` found nothing. codegraph.json now pulls factory/ into
the root index (66 files, 879 nodes); the local index DB is gitignored.
`codegraph explore` works from the folder root and inside factory/.
